THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE ARE ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN YOU AND TERRA NAIL STUDIO LLC (“COMPANY”, “WE”, OR “US”).

The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your access to and use of terranailstudio.com (the “Site”) and our related services, (together with the Site, the “Services”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

USE OF THE SERVICES; ACCOUNT SET-UP AND SECURITY

1) The Services include an online store made available by the Company to enable users to shop for our products and create accounts.
